Clarice Kashuba
Clarice graduated from Manchester College with a bachelor’s degree in English Education. After college, she taught high school English for a year, then middle school language arts for two years. While Clarice has many fond memories of teaching, her passion for dogs and desire to start her own business won her over. p>
Clarice is a graduate of the Master Trainers course at National K-9′s School for Dog Trainers. She has also studied with Robin MacFarlane of That’s My Dog! Clarice is the head trainer and owner of Flying Colors. She is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. Clarice is pictured with Seeker, her companion and demo dog. Seeker has completed his AKC Rally Excellent title as well as earning his Therapy Dogs International certification and AKC Canine Good Citizen certification. p>

Sarah Rex
Sarah was an Animal Sciences major at Ohio State University. Her varied experience in animal care includes pet sitting, some confirmation showing, grooming assistant, boarding kennels, animal shelters, and working for three different doggy daycares. Sarah joined Flying Colors Canine Academy in 2010 as a Certified Dog Trainer. She is a graduate of the Master Trainers Course at National K-9′s School for Dog Trainers.
An advocate of continuing education, Sarah has attended several workshops focused on training aggressive dogs. She has also attended Pack to Basics, Pack to Basics Advanced, E-palooza 6, and E-palooza 7. She is certified in pet CPR through Pet Tech. Sarah is pictured with her Lab/Bloodhound mix, Bella, and her Lab mix, Mugi. Sarah’s cat, Genji, is also a common visitor at Flying Colors. Contact Sarah at trainers@fwdog.com. p>
Angela Monteith
Angela graduated from Indiana University – Fort Wayne with an associate’s degree in business. She has worked in the banking and mortgage industries, but found her love of dogs when her family got their Weimaraner, Kona.
After training with Flying Colors Canine Academy in 2008 and 2009, her relationship with the company grew and she was hired as the Office Manager. She handles most of our social media presence and helps coordinate events. You will see Angela assisting at many of our local events, helping at group classes and at participating in Pack Walks. Angela is a certified Pet Tech instructor for pet CPR & first aid.

Kevin Kashuba
Kevin graduated from Joliet Junior College with an associate’s degree in culinary arts. After college, he worked in the culinary arts field for three years before deciding to join the Army full time as a supply sergeant. He served three years in the Army Active Guard Reserve plus seven years previous in the Army Reserves. Even through his deployment to Iraq, Kevin is proud to have served his country.
Kevin is a graduate of the Master Trainers course at National K-9′s School for Dog Trainers. His military background has given Kevin a special interest in training dogs for protection work.
